A Criminal complaint has been filed in the Middle District of Florida, charging a previously deported illegal alien from Honduras with illegal reentry following an Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation.
Junior Alexander Sanabria-Barrera, 27, was previously removed from the United States in April 2023.
Afterward, Sanabria-Barrera was found to be voluntarily in the United States when he was encountered by law enforcement in Sumter County, Florida, on February 14, 2025.
Sanabria-Barrera had not received the consent of the U.S. Attorney General or the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to apply for readmission to the United States.
