Former Assistant Testifies Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Alleging Rape, Assault, Witnessing Cassie Ventura Abuse

“If I hadn’t been called to testify, I was going to die with this. I didn’t want anyone to knowever,” Mia told the court per Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ alleged violence, rape and chaos.

Mia, a former personal assistant to hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, delivered harrowing testimony in a Manhattan federal court this week, accusing Combs of subjecting her to years of sleep deprivation, violence, and repeated sexual assault during her eight-year tenure.

Testifying under the pseudonym ‘Mia’ for privacy and safety, the female personal assistant described a workplace environment marked by chaos, fear, and unpredictability, driven largely by Combs’ volatile moods.

“The highs were really high, and the lows were really, really low,” Mia told jurors, explaining that her daily reality depended on “Puff’s mood”.

Mia recalled numerous incidents of physical violence, including being thrown into a swimming pool, doused with a bucket of ice water, and having her arm slammed in a door.

She also described being berated for mistakes, sometimes not even her own, and being forced to work up to five days straight without sleep, leading to physical and emotional breakdowns.

“It was chaotic. It was toxic,” she said, adding that she sometimes relied on ADHD medication as a substitute for sleep.

Mia alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions. The first reported incident occurred at his 40th birthday party in 2009, where she said he forced her to drink vodka shots before assaulting her.

She also described being forced to perform oral sex while helping him pack for a trip and being raped in a guest room at his Los Angeles home in 2010 after he climbed into her bed without consent.

“I couldn’t tell him ‘no’ about anything,” Mia testified, stating she felt “terrified and confused and ashamed and scared” during these assaults. She said the abuse was unpredictable and sporadic, leaving her constantly on edge.

Mia’s testimony echoed that of other former assistants and Combs’ longtime girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who also accused Combs of violence and sexual abuse.

Mia told the jury about witnessing Combs physically assault Ventura on multiple occasions, including a brutal incident in 2013 at Ventura’s Los Angeles home, which left the singer with a deep, bloody gash on her forehead. Mia described jumping on Combs’ back in an attempt to stop the attack, only to be thrown against a wall herself.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and related offences.

His legal team admitted that he could be violent but denied that he used threats or his industry influence to commit or conceal abuse.

Judge Arun Subramanian has allowed some accusers to testify under pseudonyms to protect their privacy and safety.

Federal prosecutors alleged that Combs used his business empire and personal power to abuse, threaten, and coerce women for years, sometimes forcing them into so-called “freak-offs”, drug-fuelled sexual encounters with others while he watched and recorded.

Mia is the second of three women expected to testify about sexual abuse by Combs. The trial continues, with further testimony anticipated from additional alleged victims.
