New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for second degree battery.
Second degree battery is a battery when the offender intentionally inflicts serious bodily injury
According to investigators, around 2:50 a.m. on February 27, 2025, in the 1100 block of Decatur Street, the suspect committed a second degree battery, seriously injuring the victim, and then fled the location.
The suspect was described as being a “Black male dressed as a female”.
