New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a suspect wanted for theft by fraud.
Wanted is Keith Elphage (pictured), Black male, aka “KGunna” or “Ashley”.
According to investigators, on February 2, 2025, the victim was in the 900 block of Mandeville Street when his cellular phone and bank cards were stolen.
Detectives were able to identify Keith Elphage as the individual who used the victim’s bank cards to make several unauthorised purchases.
A warrant is on file for his arrest.
